A general model can hold a conversation. The real work of your field takes specialized tools on top of it. This is the library we are building.
The chat model underneath your product is a commodity. Everyone can reach the same one. What makes an agent useful in a real field is the set of tools it can call, the specialized steps that turn a good conversation into real, valuable work.
Behavior Guidance Packs set the bar for how an agent should behave. This library is the other half, what it can actually do. Together they are how a specialized product keeps pulling ahead of a generally smart one.
- Read and act on real records
- Tools that pull the right facts from your systems and take a real step, instead of guessing from the prompt.
- Do the field-specific work
- The checks, lookups, and actions a domain expert would do by hand, packaged so the agent can run them reliably.
- Stay inside the lines
- Tools built with the limits and the audit trail that sensitive work needs, so the agent can act and still be trusted.
